The Theresa Sumner Plant Based Vegan Food Pantry is a registered charity providing healthy, environmentally-responsible, and cruelty-free food to Nueces County residents struggling with poverty and food insecurity. At this time, the charity is entirely run and funded by Founders Theresa Sumner and Joyce Christensen. It is our long-term goal to not only feed the hungry, but to introduce delicious, nutritious plant-based food to anyone who is interested in improving their health, protecting the environment, or reducing cruelty to animals.
